Refund and Returns Policy

Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your Project, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. Thank you for choosing me for your services. I, as a sole full-stack developer, am dedicated to providing high-quality solutions to meet your needs.
Below is our Refund and Returns Policy to ensure a transparent and satisfactory experience.

Refund Eligibility

Understanding that circumstances may arise, here are the criteria for refund eligibility:
Service Completion Period: Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days from the date the service was initiated.
Discussion and Assessment: I will review your request and assess eligibility. A response will be provided within 1 working days with further instructions.
Refund Process: If the refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will be issued to the original payment method within 7 Working days.

Non-Refundable Services

Please note that certain services are not eligible for a refund, including:
Completed Services: Services that have been completed and delivered as per the agreed-upon terms.
Customized Solutions: Any work that involves specific customization according to your requirements.
Client Responsibility: If a refund request is due to issues caused by actions or decisions on the client’s end, including changes in project requirements or delays in providing necessary information, there may be no provision for a refund. If the project completion is at or beyond 40%, a refund may not be applicable.

Project Deadline Extensions

Understanding the collaborative nature of our work, project deadlines may be subject to changes due to unforeseen delays from either party. In the event of client unavailability or delays from the client side, project deadlines may be extended without incurring additional fees. However, any agreed-upon refund eligibility criteria will still apply.
Late or missing refunds, if you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again, Or directly coordinate with me.

Service Modifications

If you have concerns or requests for modifications to the service provided, please contact me directly to discuss potential solutions.
5. Exceptional Circumstances
In cases of natural disasters, government policy amendments, or other extraordinary circumstances beyond our control, project timelines and deliverables may be affected. While every effort will be made to minimize disruptions, such events may result in project adjustments. In such cases, refund eligibility will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
